As the Agency responsible for administering incentives to investors on behalf of Government, the following documents need to be submitted to the Agency in order to do an appraisal with a view to determining the eligibility of the project for the award of either a Special Investment Certificate or a Export Processing Zones Licence.

• Two copies of a project proposal document and one soft copy
• Two copies of the company’s Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association
• Two copies of the company or business registration certificate
• A completed GIEPA investment form
• Evidence of Funding for the project
• Application procesing fee of US$250
